To provide our app services securely and effectively, Wagestream needs employee data from clients HR and workforce management (WFM) systems. This page gives you an overview of our integration capabilities, highlighting our expertise and commitment to a smooth implementation process.

We've developed many turnkey integrations with a variety of HR and WFM systems, and you can see a list of them here.

Beyond our direct and partner integrations, we also support custom integrations in three main ways:

API: We have endpoints that allow you to build a direct integration following best practices.

Additionally, Wagestream's engineering team are highly experienced in building direct integrations with third party HRIS and WFM Systems, utilising standard or custom API endpoints.

SFTP: This is a secure and automated way to transfer data, typically in flat files. We can either host the SFTP folder or use a third-party service.

Browser Upload: This is the simplest way to get data into Wagestream—just drag and drop your files directly into the secure Employer Administration Portal.
