HR & Payroll Administrators will require access to the Wagestream Employer Portal, this portal is compatible with the last 2 major releases of the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 11 and Edge
• Apple Safari (7 or newer)
• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox

Employees

Wagestream is designed to be installed on a colleagues personal mobile device, not a corporate mobile device. Their device must be running a minimum of iOS 11 or Android 7. This roughly translates in being compatible with phones as old as the iPhone 5s (released in 2013) and Android-based phones released since 2014/15 such as the Samsung Galaxy S6

The Wagestream mobile app is available in the following App Stores:

Corporate Networks & Firewalls

During Kick-off, Wagestream will require you to whitelist IPs to ensure successful email delivery and other electronic communications are received without becoming blocked.
